Hi, meet & greet notifications are e-mailed out the week of the show. Most often, they are sent out the Monday afternoon prior to the show (obviously holidays sometimes push this back to Tuesday). You can also check the status of your meet & greet application on the website once the meet & greet is closed to find out if you have won one. To do this, click on your user name in the top, right-hand corner of the page and then "Meet & Greets." Good luck!
