I haven't gotten a pre-sale code yet either and I was wondering the same thing.I looked under the drop down and it said check back soon...hoping to get presale tix for the Knoxville show !

Your presale code is in your your user information on the top right of the screen, click on the drop down arrow and you will see Ticketmaster Code, you should see it there.
