I had this problem on my ipad. Worked without a problem on the desk top.
basak, I tried calling this number and the extension for ticket support (229) when entered give a message that it is not a valid extension. My question is, I purchased my ticket and when I got the email with the purchase receipt the total is showing in Euros. Does that pose any problem? I used Paypal to pay. Thanks.
