Help with signing up for meet and greet

I bought a VIP ticket package

I bought a VIP ticket package for the December 1 concert in Huntington WV. I am trying to register for the meet and greet but every time I click on it a little drop down box says that my Fan Club membership expires before the concert date. But at the top of the screen it shows that my FanClub Membership expires 10.02.2013 which is correct since I just joined today. Can you help? Thanks.

I accidentally 'withdrew' my

I accidentally 'withdrew' my meet & greet request for Nov. 8th and I can kick myself. This is only the 2nd time I've been here and I was trying to see if there was an update. Is there any way that I can retreive my request? I want to cry so bad right now.
