WHERE'S THE CHICAGO SHOW TICKETS?

I know the general tickets go on sale this saturday, but haven't seen any pre-sale tickets. Does anyone know when they will be?

I just seen that Toby Keith fan club pre sale is today at 12. I am really disappointed as it looks as if Church Choir members aren't going to have one?!
