I pre-ordered the album so i wouldnt have to go and buy it. Thought it was suppose to be here today but its not..Whats the point in pre orders if you cant get them on the release date...thought maybe i shouldve gotten the digital but sounds like thats not working yet either

August 2, 2011....I am having the same problem, I still don't know how to get the download I paid for weeks ago. And the link to get the free song doesn't work either. When I tried to call this phone number from my receipt it isn't a working number (615) 679-0011...what kind of deal is this????

I am very disappointed too... What is heck is the point of a pre-order if you don't even have it when it is released!?!?! Ugh... I was looking forward to having it at home after a 12 hour work day... looks like I might have to head to the store... I'll just have to give the other copy away to a friend that hasn't discovered how wonderful his music is yet and get another devoted E.C. fan...

Unfortunately we cannot provide tracking information for our standard USPS delivery option. Your order was filled 7/26/11. We ship via USPS which takes 2-9 business days for delivery. You should expect to receive your order soon. ---- I ordered on 7/14 and this is the official response from customer service that I recieved. NICE. I WILL NEVER PRE-ORDER AGAIN!!!!!! I love Eric Church but this is major BS!!!! They should have filled preorders 1st to be sure we got them by the release date!! SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MERCHANDISE AND THIS SITE

I have tried to call the company listed on my bank statement from the cc purchase because the # on the invoice frm here does not work. They referred me to another # of 615-613-9077 xt 23 because that is who handles the merchandise but that # just says to email them at questions@merchmo.com for a faster response. Emailed 3 hours ago just for a tracking # and still waiting on a response.....this is really frustrating now!!!!
