they were supposed to send u an email. ours said show up at 630 for 8pm show start, everyone was there by 6:)

they will send you an email saying sorry or you won, remember its all lottery. ive seen him 3 times in 2 years, never won:) but this show is worth trying!

i have no idea what a "personal private" is regarding the VIP shows. If you bought a VIP ticket, all you need is the ticket/receipt, your ID and the credit card it was purchased with. Perhaps they meant a Church Choir membership being your personal & private access to the VIP tickets??!! Who said this? I would ask for clarification.
Go to tour section here (at top of this page) and click VIP -- that's where they sell the upgrades :)
