To enter the lottery for a meet & greet, just go to the tour section (See link at the top of this page), then click "Request Meet & Greet" next to the appropriate tour date. Good luck!

It took me about 4 hours to receive my code.
I never received my presale code. I signed up in November, 2011. I got pretty good tickets anyways the day they went on sale - Dec. 9th.
When you preorder the tickets through the website, how do you know where the seats are? Do those who preorder get the best seats?

Not working for me either! I have been trying since 10 am....so sad and dissappointed.
There are a bunch still available if you want to pay $200/ticket and do the VIP packages! This is out of control I don't know who is in charge but as a fan club member what and the heck is the point if you just want tickets without the VIP extras!
Looks like the Topeka presale has been a bit of a challenge for most. There is another set of messages for that and I added a topic in the forum. Hopefully all the shows will not be that bad to get tickets for.
