It took me about 4 hours to receive my code.
I never received my presale code. I signed up in November, 2011. I got pretty good tickets anyways the day they went on sale - Dec. 9th.
When you preorder the tickets through the website, how do you know where the seats are? Do those who preorder get the best seats?

Not working for me either! I have been trying since 10 am....so sad and dissappointed.
I am still having major issues. And yes unless I do the VIP packages there is nothing worth the presale! Ridiculous!
So just for grins and giggles I check back on the pre-sale for Topeka and same story, just wanting tickets (without the VIP package) and I cannot get any results to come back. But now if I wished to upgrade to the VIP package, I can sit in the first two rows of section B. That's great for those that can afford the bump to that, but dang, there is nothing closer for us regular folks? Curious who sets what seats are reserved for which pre-sales.
I'll be happy with the seats, but good lord. OK this rant is over.
@superwomant - I got the same thing on the sections and was debating wether or not to do those, but finally said &*^* it got them. I feel pretty let down that this is what we get to pick from for this show as fan club members, but I'm not totally shocked that its messed up in some way with Ticketmaster involved.
Yeah watch the counts on stub hub go up, in the last hour there have been close to 45 more tickets added for this show and most are on the floor. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I have been trying for the Topeka show for over an hour now with only sec 114 and 115 offered which I will not pay for, but go to stub hub and there are a ton of tickets already for sale!
To enter the lottery for a meet & greet, just go to the tour section (See link at the top of this page), then click "Request Meet & Greet" next to the appropriate tour date. Good luck!
