Meet & greets are awarded on a lottery basis the week of the show. Your chance of being awarded one depends on how many Church Choir members request a meet & greet for the individual show and how many meet & greet slots are available.
What determines if you get them or not?

don't worry about the codes and stuff but make sure you log in
go to the home page, find the little announcements about a presale and then scroll down to purchase tickets for STL show
