Cynthia & KER23: Yes, you must pay for a membership to participate in the presale. However, VIP tickets are currently on sale to the general public for most shows.
If you pay for the VIP package (which I didn't) you'll have no problem getting great tix. No way I was paying that though.

A number of GA pit tickets have been reserved for the VIP experience. If you were unable to secure GA pit seats in the presale, try again Friday morning at 0900 when the public onsale begins. Good luck!
They must be holding back the floor seats for VIP?I'm a Covelli veteran.
Did you look at the seating chart? Covelli is a bit different, for instance section 101 is on the floor, where usually that sounds like lower level

i believe it should be instant, try logging out and back in, or logging in with your full email and see if that works. You should find it under your profile under ticketmaster code
