I'm new too, just found the answer to that question in a previous post. Click on tour, go to the venue you are attending and if M&G is avail there will be a link to click.
If you are chosen in the lottery for a meet and greet you will receive an email the week of the show to the email address you have registered here on the site.
The notification will come the week of the show ONLY if you are awarded a meet and greet. Those not selected (by random lottery-style drawing) will receive no notification.
I have heard they pick 8 for each show, its random, and you will be notified via email

The number of people applying for meet and greets who are actually chosen varies greatly depending on the number of members who request one for each particular show.
You will get an email if you get one, not sure how early prior to the show. If you need to verify you signed up for one just go to your profile and you can view your M&G requests.

I wasn't trying for Pit. Hopefully, you finally got them. i wanted lower level. it took about 15 mins of trying, but i was able to get the seats I wanted. Excited for this show!!!!
This is getting me mad.. I have been trying for an hour and can only get sectiont 215 row J every single time.. No PIT ticket?? Grrrr
