@cmorey I just joined this morning and it took about 10 min for my presale code to show up in my account.
Go to your account tab and click on Ticketmaster Code. You will need this to purchase tickets during presale.

Look at the venue's set up. Depending on the location some pits are very large and on a first come first serve basis.
The tour begins January 19th so no one has attended a show yet. The size of the pit "MAY" vary from city to city depending on the venue.
There will be a limited number of pit tickets available in the presale.

The limit is 4 tickets per show through Ticketmaster presales. As long as the Ticketmaster software will allow you to purchase tickets in two different sections, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to do so.
You may need to complete one order, then initiate the second order of two tickets. I would recommend going for the pit tickets first if you don't care where your seats are as there are a limited number available.
1. Click on your user name in the upper, right-hand corner. Then "Edit Profile"
2. Underneath "View, Edit, Files....Meet and Greets, Twitter, etc" you will see two options: Account and User Profile. Click on Account
3. Scroll down to Upload Photo to click browse and select the photo from your computer.
Note: Maximum size is 5120 kB. Minimum dimensions are 200x200

click on your login name in the upper right hand corner. then click on ticketmaster code. If you just joined it takes a bit to get your code. Hope this helps
