Just go to the Cleveland page in the tour section (link below) at the time of the pre-sale and click the link to purchase tickets. It will take you to the ticketing website.

Tickets for the Madison show will be $43.70 after fees for regular tickets and $200 for the VIP experience. The Church Choir pre-sale begins tomorrow morning (Tues. December 6th) at 10 AM.

You are allowed to purchase 2 VIP tickets if you wish to do so. However, the VIP tickets are not exclusive to the Choir.

The Cleavland pre-sale will begin Tuesday, December 6th at 10 AM.
Ooops, missed your question about how many Church Choir members will be chosen. On previous tours, up to 8 meet and greets have been awarded. However, this is a headlining tour so that number may be adjusted if the management team deems it appropriate.
Dayna, the meet and greet (M&G) is a brief opportunity for fans to say hi and a few words to Eric before the show, get a photo together, and have an item signed.
Meet and greets awarded through the Church Choir are only for Church Choir members (I.E. No guests or "plus ones" are allowed). M&G's are awarded on a lottery basis. To enter the lottery please go to the tour section and click on the appropriate "Request Meet & Greet" link. Here is a direct link to the Saginaw tour page to request yours for the Saginaw show:
