Ed/Laura: The Knoxville show presale will be through the website right here so no code is needed. You will need to go to the tour section where a link will be present to purchase tickets on/after 10AM tomorrow. Here is a direct link to the Knoxville page for the Feb. 3 date.

That information is incorrect. It depends which show you are going to whether you will need a code or not. Some shows will have presales right here through the fan site while others will be hosted by ticketmaster.
Ticketmaster presales, such as Southaven MS, will require the use of a presale password.

you don't need a code if you are a fan club member - i think you just sign in and buy the tickets as being signed in
