Well this explains why Jessica is being no help to me! Last Thursday I got the "is this really your address?" email and how it should have been there forever ago. WELL GUESS WHAT, IT'S NOT AND I FREAKING WANT IT. What the heck.
i had the same issue with the same girl. I told her i found it fishy that I have never had a problem with mail not being delivered so the reasons she gave were crap. Plus, with so many people on here having the same problem, let's just jump to the conclusion that the fault belongs to your company. I am waiting to hear back from her lol

WOW you got more help than me she just asked me why it hasn't gotten to my house yet... I sat there kind of in shock saying WTF is she serious how is this my fault.. She never gave me an option for a refund even though i asked several times in each e-mail i sent and believe me i sent them a lot. I got a phone number for there company so i am calling and putting in a complaint against her and the fact they are not doing anything for me.
I got the same girl...Jessica. Also got the email telling me to confirm the address to make sure it didn't go somewhere else. I had to email her a few times but she finally got back to me with the option of refund or another shipment. I took the refund and I'll use it to hopefully find me a LIVE vinyl. Good luck.
NOt right. I refuse to go buy another one. I spent the money and I want the product. As far as things "getting lost in transit sometimes" is B.S. Look how many of us are having issues. UGH!
so basically out the money and have to go buy in the store. I feel that is not right. Never again will i do a preorder from there company again. awful customer service and to blame the customer for it not being shipped correctly is an all time low.
The e-mail said the CD should have arrived already give us some possible reasons as to why it is not there yet? They go on about some other garbage. nothing about trying to reship or refund. Jessica is the girl i keep getting e-mails from and she's just awful will not help me out will not give me any answers other than to ask me why it's not there..
