We have read and heard all your concerns and complaints regarding the St Louis show at the Scottrade Center. Eric and his team take these matters very seriously and always want his fans to be satisfied and happy. Our normal floor configuration is a small general admission pit in front of the stage with rows of reserved seats on floor behind. However, in St Louis, the entire floor was general admission and we failed to make provisions for VIP floor ticket holders coming to the main show from the acoustic performance. We fixed the issue on Wednesday in Des Moines and have also resolved the issue for any remaining shows that have a similar set up. We guarantee an awesome experience for VIP floor ticket holders that will allow time for you to enjoy the VIP lounge and acoustic performance by Eric and still be able to get to a great spot close to the stage. Please keep in mind that for our shows with a normal setup, the pit is still first-come first-serve general admission. However the pit is small enough to guarantee that each guest with a general admission pit ticket will be close to the stage. For those of you who held general admission VIP floors seats in St. Louis, we would like to offer you a $100 per ticket voucher to spend in Eric’s online store. Please contact CID Guest Services at email@example.com to claim your voucher and resolve any further issues. If you have any questions about the setup for a specific show, CID Entertainment's Guest Services department will be glad to answer those as well. On behalf of Eric, his team, and CID Entertainment, we all apologize for the trouble this may have caused.
