I have an issue with tickets and have emailed customer service after reading all of the praises of them on here and cannot get a response. At first communication was great but after multiple replies I havent heard from them since Friday.
Did you purchase the tickets, through Ticketmaster? If so, then I would call ticketmaster customer service about it, then go from there
I was told I had to contact Erics team since they are choir member tickets.
Oh well, what is your issue, you never know who might be able to help on it =)
Basically I purchased tickets through the choir presale that were advertised at the time as Pit when in fact they are GA Floor. The first email back from customer service person Nick was no problem they could refund my purchase. Now another day has passed without a reply.

Hello! Just wondering if you got a refund or if this was resolved.This is exactly what happened to me. Bought what was advertised as Pit tickets for the Columbia show on the presale and they wereGA floor tickets. That was not what I bought. Please let know how this can possibly be resolved. Love EC but wouldn't buy GA floor since so short. Thank you.
Just as the title states how do they work? I mean do I get a pass then go to a line somewhere or what. Does it have my name on it?
When I went, they had the pass at the will call window. You will need your ID to pick it up and that's where you get the pass.
You will pick an envelope up at will call with instructions and will be given a time to get in a special line to meet Eric and take a photo.
