First, we would like to offer a word of thanks for the previously overwhelming generosity of Choir members in the support of the Mason G Smoak Foundation! It is because of that generosity that the Choir4MGSF is excited to share with you the opportunity to offer our sponsorship for the fourth consecutive year of
Mason G. Smoak Foundation's Annual 5K & Family Fun Day to be held September 29, 2012!

We are very proud to say that we have provided an annual sponsorship on behalf of the Choir since the event's inception, and are looking forward to continuing that tradition! Our goal is to generate enough donations to provide a sponsorship for this year's event. All donations, regardless of size, are welcome and very much appreciated!

The MGSF has asked that all sponsorships be submitted no later than September 8, 2012. All donations to be included with the Church Choir submission must be received at the address listed below no later than September 3, 2012 to allow us time to meet those guidelines. Once all donations are received we will submit them collectively under the name “CHOIR4MGSF”.
