I received an email on May 12, 2011 telling me I had won a necktie from the Hell on the Heart video and a shirt from the Smoke a Little Smoke video and I have yet to receive either prize. I have sent three different emails and have not gotten a response! I'm really upset about this because I was really excited that I had actually won something! NOt sure what else I can do. If I'm not gonna receive the prizes I at least think I should get an apology! I need some feedback on this CHOIR is there anything else I can do! Thanks!!!
...I didn't get a response from email inquiries that I sent to the original notification address, but posted on this forum (though I truly dislike complaining publicly...I really, really don't like to)...anyway, I did receive it about three or four weeks ago...I had orginally asked that IF they had planned on having EC personalize the autograph that he do it for my son...he did...it was VERY VERY nice...I have a very happy little boy at my house! EC is awesome!
So, though I subscribe to the "if you don't have anything nice to say..." school of thought...I did voice a complaint, and it was addressed promptly. Don't know if that's helpful, but there it is.

Received my necktie about two months after the contest was over. I know they didn't get the guitar out until about a month ago. I'd say there's still hope, but it may be slim.
Posting on here might help though as MCN has been good about responding to questions. You have any input, MCN?
