Beware

I attended the Eric Church concert in Charlotte NC and was extremely disappointed. I purchased 6 floor seats, but when I went to the floor the supervisor told me that my seats were not available. The row we were supposed to be on was removed. The arena stated that it was Eric Church's decision to remove the row because he didn't like the layout, but I'm not buying it. While waiting on this situation to be sorted out, I missed the entire first act of the concert. When the floor supervisor took us to my our new seats, they weren't on the floor like I paid for; they were in the lower bowl. I explained I was not happy and he said I had to go see guest services. While at guest services, I waiting on a manager for the entire second act of the show and finally just went to my given seat because I didn't want to miss the entire show (since I had already missed the first two acts). Although Eric put on a great show, it was not the experience I had hoped for. I attend every one of his shows in NC, and this was by far the worst concert experience I have had at an Eric Church concert. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and the subpar accommodations that were given to me when I paid for a floor seat and wasn't allowed to sit on the floor. I couldn't even get back down to the floor to tell my wife and friends where I would be sitting because my original ticket was taken when the new seat was issued. This is by far the worst concert experience I've ever had and can't fathom how a seat can be chosen and purchased and then not be available when I get to the show. I never even received so much as an apology.

Not bashing Eric, just want you concert goers to be aware of what's going on and don't get screwed by the arena like I did.
