I'm sorry for your horrible experience..i can honestly say i never had an issue with my seats only issue i had was other fans stating that i was in their seats which they clearly can't read ticket numbers..but i think the layout does have to do with the artist.. I'm not positive though. But if that was the case the arena should of informed you ! i hope you have better luck next time
