With new shows bearing the name of the tour being released for late summer and early fall, is the tour continuing on? Or is it just a few random shows using the same name with different opening acts? Would love to see him keep it going.
the tour has been extended to include fall dates, Eric has canceled several fairs/ festival gigs canceled in markets where there are arenas, Brantley is not on the fall bill

It's probably the same tour. I've often see acts plan a tour in stages with different opening acts. They do it so that they can judge how the tickets are selling and see if it's worth trying to sell bigger arenas. It also gives an artist a chance to break up a long tour and get a rest and maybe tweak the show a little if somethings are working better than others. I've seen some tours that last 18 months.
