So how many are going to the Bossier City show? I'm planning on meeting a few people for this show but I have know idea where anything is in this town. I'm driving up to Beaumont and I'm hoping to meet a few more people at the show. Right now I'm flying solo in the pit and I'm hoping for a meet and greet.

I will be there! I'm driving

I will be there! I'm driving up from south Louisiana. (5 hrs). I will be in the pit but I'm not sure if I will be able to get up close or not because I have meet and greets for Brantley. Are you going by yourself?

Meet and greet

I have seen Eric Church 7 or 8 times since 2006. I have met him at every show and only had meet and greets to two :) That was in the good old days. It was alot easier to meet him and the rest of the band when they played smaller venues. Those days unfortunately are over. However I'm glad that so many more people are realising just how great he is. It'll be a great show meet and greet or not.

i agree, smaller venues have

i agree, smaller venues have a better possibility of meeting him, but am so glad for his success. i have been a FC member for only 4 years, but the first two were spent with my kids being little and not being able to get out of the house. i love his live shows, a M&G would just be icing on the cake :).....let us know how the show was!

Awesome

The show was awesome. He's taken the club show and moved it to the big stage without losing a beat. If you have a chance go see it. I was able with the help of some friends I got into the VIP Party. It was alot of fun I'm not sure it was worth the 200. If you've got money to burn then get the VIP if things are kind of tight and you're thinking about splurging for this I'd save your money. Yo get a T-shirt, Pair of shot glasses, signed poster, and if you're in the pit there is a reserved section in front of the stage on the left. I didn't see the shirt but the shot glasses are pretty cool as is the limited edition gig poster. I'm just not sure if it was worth that much money, glad I got in even happier I didn't spend the money on it.

Thats fantastic that you got

Thats fantastic that you got in for free! I know I am debating another VIP (did it in NYC), being up close and personal is great, but no M&G and seeing him for about 10minutes, not so sure, probably going to save $. I am glad that you had a great time, i am seing him next on 6/1, no M&G for that show tho. Tara

Buy other Merch

If you've done the VIP I'd say save your money and buy other merch at the booth. You can get some really cool shirts at the merch booth and still be supporting EC have a great time at the show.
