The Charlottesville concert is 10/27/2012 and I just activated my fan club membership today. When I try to request a meet and greet for that show I get a message saying "Your membership will expire before this event". Anybody else had this problem and who do I contact to resolve? Thanks!!

Just wondering, did you purchase your membership through Ticketmaster or right here on EricChurch.com? If you do not have a paid membership, you will not be able to request a meet & greet.
To request assistance, you can send an email to: support@musiccitynetworks.com Be sure to mention that this is for the Church Choir and include as much information as possible (user name, how and when it was purchased, etc) so that they can assist you in a quick manner.
