...just checking to see if anyone had received their prize(s)...the notifications were first received 05/12/11...
I've sent a couple of emails to inquire, but haven't had a response. I, honestly, would just write it off...however, I made the mistake of telling JP that he would be getting a guitar from EC (he was so excited) and now he asks me about it every, single day...in retrospect, I realize I should have just waited and let it be a surprise if or when it came...now he is always disappointed after the mailman comes and goes...I, personally, would understand if it doesn't happen (all the changes, new stuff going on, busy, busy, busy)...I just roll with it...but, having JP so disappointed isn't cool at all...I'm just sayin'...I don't mind a little disappointment, but when it comes to my son...well, that's a whole different story...y'all know I don't complain very often...the glass is always half full...something good can be found in most every situation...on and on, but this is NOT cool. Even an email with an estimated ship date would give me something to work with...just throwing that out there.

I received my Hell on the Heart necktie 2-3 weeks ago. It came with a hand written note from Sue at MCN. For me, that made up for the lack of communication that I had been receiving.
I was told the prizes were to be shipped out about a week or so after the CMA festivities. You're in Canada, right? Maybe it had to go through customs or something?
Was really starting to wonder if you had gotten it cause i figured you'd post us a picture here. I hope you get the guitar soon!!

I'm in KY...Sue had initially said that it would take a little longer...which is absolutely fine...it would just be great to know that it is still in the works...at least I could let JP know...and he would settle down a bit...unfortunately, he inherited my sense of urgency...needless to say, patience is a virtue that runs short in this family...def. a learned skill...a work in progress! :)
