tickets usually arrive the day of the show...tho possible they arrive a day or so early.
In all the years of pre-sale...I've only had one issue. I highly suggest that you print off your confirmation. I had a venue that couldn't find my tickets under Tib. I gave them my print out of my email and BAM they had them in 2 seconds....filed under Patti.
Not sure if I would have had a problem last week....I handed them my printout and the guy said "huh....I was wondering about the person who's last name is just T"....lol...they didn't put my last name at all....weird.....just Patti T.
Seats for Toby aren't the greatest-just so you know.....a few peeps have gotten good seats but most of us are/were mid-way back.
