If you're having trouble requesting a meet and greet please send an email to support@musiccitynetworks.com These folks are really helpful and working hard to give us a kickass fan club. It may take a few days to get it fixed but no worries as meet & greets are not chosen until the week of the show and done so on a lottery basis.

That's correct. If you want to enter the lottery for a meet and greet, just click on the link below and fill out the form in the link "REQUEST MEET & GREET."
For future reference, meet and greets can be requested by going to the tour section of the website and clicking on the request meet and greet button for the appropriate show. Then just fill out the form.
