Fan club party - CMA Fest?

We just bought nosebleed GA seats to CMA fest...planning to see him Friday night in Chattanooga and Saturday night in nashville - when will we know if he will be participating in CMA events like the celebrity softball game or the Fan hall? Any idea where to find a hotel this late??

For hotels- you might try anywhere on the west end of Nashville near Vanderbilt- might be too far to walk, but most have shuttles. Roster for softball game hasn't been released yet- I'm waiting patiently. LOL!

would love to have a party or a special show somewhere,but i really dont see him playing softball at 9am in hot humid nashville

I also have GA seats for lp field. I was also thinking about driving down to the Friday night show, not sure yet though. Want to see what all will be going on then. And of course impatiently waiting to hear about a party. Emailed MCN last month they said they haven't heard anything but if there would be one should be in April some time. April is slowly running out.

I am attending for Miranda Lamberts fan club party and we are staying in Franklin. 20 min away from downtown. There is a parking deck downtown not sure of the exact location but its $5-7 for the whole day.

There are several reasonable hotels near the airport (Donelson Pike) so might want to try there.

there is a garage downtown that does not change its rates for cma fest i paid $7 dollars the most sometimes $4 and the $7 was for 10hours of parking...

I'm hoping for a party this year! Missed last year's, but went to the year before at the Rutledge. Looking forward t an announcement soon.

i didn't receive any email? is there a fan club party? i have been to cma fest the past five years the parking garage across from the convention center is usually $4 for all day but it fills up fast! can someone please send me the email poog723@aol.com thank you in advance!

I didn't receive an email either! I wonder if it was only sent to people around the Nashville area? Hoping the fan club party will accomodate more people, although I was lucky enough to go last year...I think are chances are getting slimmer with the growing fan base!

I think from what I have been reading, everyone is the fan club still has to register to receive email updates from the site. You can do that by scrolling on the HOME page to page that says "sign up" or you can contact MCN directly on the bottom right hand corner of the page. If you want me to forward u the email, PM me your address and I can send it.

Any idea when/where these will become available? Any guess on the price? I never received the email either.

i emailed MCN- they said alot of the fan club member emails go to Spam- you have to add them to your safe list- then you should get them

I am not sure of the email you should unblock, but if you contact MCN they can make sure you are added to the list and you can ask them which email to unblock.

Yep, looks like it is going on sale thru the theatre's web site with that special code and all.

I have gone to fan club parties at this venue for years and all of them (Trace Adkins, Martina McBride, Phil Vassar, Keith Anderson) always had meet and greets so the people in charge have decided not to have a meet and greet. It is not because of the 300 people but it could be because of time restraints on Eric. Fan Fair use to be for the fans now it is TV, radio, record labels, sponsors and so on and so forth. I have never received the emails either the many years I have belonged to the fan club. They always blame it on the spam thing but that is not correct. :-)

I want to go but I am bummed on the meet and greet thing. Kind of a let down. But it would be worth being in his presence and having the experience. I will have to decide by tomorrow.

I'm definitely disappointed that this is the "fan club party". Oh well, may still try and get a ticket, haven't decided.

I am torn b.c I am going with a friend and she really isnt a fan of Eric Church and I freaking love him. I decided on going just for the experience. Do you get anything for attending other than a ticket? do they give anything out to fans? since we dont get to meet him and have a photo taken they should give us something.

It says nothing about a fan club gift although most give tshirt, mug, something. I guess we will have to wait and find out. I agree with a post above, should really be about the fans that is giving a meet and greet, I am sure the M&G is a time constraint thing. Dierks has 300 people and he greets/takes pic with every one of them. But i am going to go anyways b/c he's amazing and I love his music.

maybe he has something planned thats not going to be listed...just for the hardcore fans that will go just because we love him...maybe??
