Ticketmaster has the Gwinnett Arena event online now. It shows that the Fan Club presale is to begin on 9/18 at 10:00 a.m. I noticed that this has not been mentioned on the EC website yet. The Arena also has information regarding the paperless ticket. It has the Level 1 and Level 2 tickets are paperless and cannot be purchased at the venue. Level 3 tickets will be available at a TM outlet and at the Arena box office. The layout shown on TM is the standard Gwinnett Arena endstage layout, with no Pit, but I'm supposing that a Pit can be added. I purchased tickets for another event and they changed the layout AFTER I purchased my tickets, so I just wanted to give everyone a head's up that the layout can change.
Very excited to get to see Eric live for the first time. I shall be at work, in my chair with Ticketmaster ready to go, hoping to get some good tickets. (Not Pit, I just can't take all that standing).

Thanks! Sounds like I will have a great time. I just wish that TM would be on the ball and put up the proper stage layout. I thought I had really great tix for the other concert I'm going to, but now, not so much. Though, with Eric's paperless tickets, I really won't know where I'm sitting until I get there! The anticipation! :-)
Actually, I believe (emphasis on "believe") that it's the venue's responsibility to update seating charts with Ticketmaster as I've seen some venues religiously have the wrong seating charts listed, while others will have the appropriate seating chart displayed for every single show.
So, is GAFLR, just mean that you have a floor seat and NOT a pit ticket. I don't want Pit. I'm too old to stand that long. I need to sit sometimes.
OK - so my receipt says "GAFLR" and Row G1, seats 5&6. Does this mean I'm in the pit? I don't want Pit. I don't like that you can't see what seats you are in until AFTER you get your receipt. I like to sit down and have problems with my foot that requires me to sit down after standing. And EVERYTIME I go in and look at seats, I get GAFLR. Nothing else. No section identified.
I am so confused because when I saw Jason Aldean there in 2010 I had GAFLR seats and it was in the pit. Now when I log into my ticketmaster account it has section GAFLR row G4 seats 5-8? But there is no such section listed on the seating chart on ticketmaster or gwinnett center website. So do I have pit or seats?

If you don't want the pit talk to people around you in line and i'm sure someone will be willing to give up there seast for the chance at the pit just make sure you switch tickets/reciepts depending on paperless tickets or not before you go to the pit.
