Does anyone know when they post out the Choir members tickets. I paid $400 for two VIP tickets to the show on May 3 at the JQH arena. I bought them in January and still haven't received them. I don't know who to contact about this =( Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. I love Eric's music and would hate to miss the show.

To my knowledge, ALL VIP experiences are "will-call only." If you purchased the VIP experiencing, you should not have had the option to have those tickets shipped.
Additionally, all Church Choir presales that take place on EricChurch.com (which the show you are attending did) are 100% will-call only with no shipping options.
Please double-check your email confirmation as it will have any necessary information regarding the tickets.

In some instances, will-call tickets through fan clubs may not show up at the venue until the day of the show. If this is the case, the venue won't know anything about your tickets until the day of the show (or whenever they receive/print the tickets).
