Hey guys,
Stumbled upon a huge problem. I bought two GA PIT Passes for the show on October 11th in Green Bay via the Fan Club, but I can't make it. I teach third graders and our school voted for Parent/Teacher conferences that night. I live in Milwaukee and we were planning on seeing EC and spending the rest of the weekend Up North. Is there anything I can do via the Fan Club stuff to exchange or get refunded on the tickets?
It makes me sick I can't go (I believe this would have been my 12th EC show too), but there's nothing i can do about it.
Any suggestions????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks in advance!!!!
Thanks for the suggestion, but I bought them through the Fan Club, so I assume that I have to pick them up at the venue, which is what we had to do in Chicago earlier this year. I'd love to transfer them to some friends, but i know the reason they are doing the tickets they way they are is to rightfully prevent scalping. Anyone know how i could go about exchanging the dates (my Milwaukee hometown show the next night would be perfect), exchanging the names on the pick up, or just getting a refund? Makes me sick I have to miss this leg of the tour.

If you are able to find someone who wants to buy them, there is a way you can transfer the paperless tickets through your ticketmaster.com account. I hope this helps.
