We all know that an Eric Church concert is worth every penny. This live tour is going to cement his status as one of the best entertainers out there in any genre. He will win Entertainer of the Year in the next few years.
So...... I would hope that someone in the ECB camp has plans to film one of the concerts on this tour and turn it into a Live concert DVD. I have tickets to two shows so far and I know I will want to relive the experience many times over after the show.
If it's not in the works, will someone PLEASE get on that. To me, this is a no-brainer. Sales of the DVD or an ITunes download would make it more than worth it.

Eric did say at the fan club party last year that a live dvd, cd and an acoustic album have all been talked about and would more than likely be done in time...
I was at the madison show and noticed that at the end of the catwalk on either side there was microphones faced out towards the crowd.. so who knows
While audience microphone can be an indicator of a live recording to be distributed, they are also used so bands are able to hear the crowd while wearing their in-ears.
It makes sense to do one on this tour. Film it on the second leg after the "kinks" are worked out. $24.99 I'd pay it all day long.
Here's another thought - the Live CD or DVD. I don't think these are being played on this tour but maybe throw them in for the show you are recording. "Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way" and "Julia".
Can't wait for Feb 23 and 25!
