I came back to country music after a 20 year hiatus. It was May 2010 when I picked up on it again. I'm not sure if I'm missing something here. In Ontario Canada the only song I heard play was Smoke a Little Smoke & I had never seen an Eric Church video on tv. Eric Church opened for Brad Paisley in Toronto July 7th, at the time Blake Shelton was opening for Brad & I kept saying who's Eric Church? Smoke a Little Smoke guy. Good show. Homeboy came out within weeks and the "Chief" cd. Now I know who Eric Church is. I have all 3 cd's & not a bad song in the lot. I have requested Thursday 5/24 1 of 4 songs from Sinners Like Me & I want to see if they can play 1 of them. Is it me or is Eric Church somewhat shut out of mainstream country music. My personal thought is, he has as much talent as the best in country music & better than some that receive more recognition

I must say, one of our country hosts came out with, Eric Church's song 'Springsteen' is the best song he has heard in 2012. I agree.
