Meet and Greet Trouble

I have now spoke with 7 people that have got the same emails? Someone needs to explain why?

Hey Aaron, good to see ya on the boards! I think you'll be fine if you take that email with you to the show. I've seen people get in to the M&G the last 2 shows i went to.

Here are my two emails...

Hey AARON! This email confirms you for 1 Meet and Greet pass to the following show: Milwaukee, WI - 2011-07-01T00:00:00 The registered username that this email confirms is: AARON SHRIVER Please print this email and bring it with you to the venue along with a photo ID to pick up your pass. Get to the venue at least ½ hour before the doors open and proceed to the Will Call window to pick up your pass. The location and exact time of the meet and greet will be with the pass. A professional photographer will be taking the pictures at the M&G and they will be available through the website a few days after the show for you to download. Have a great time and be sure to come back to the website and comment on the show to let us know what a great time you had! Thanks for being a member!

If anyone else had this issue please post in here. I have contacted MCN on this issue both via Craig Dunn, Facebook and there support email!!!

WTH? That's insane! :(

I also received the same two emails, hopefully we figure this out. I'm hoping it has to do with requesting through both the old and new boards. Our first emails better be honored...

I commented on your facebook post Aaron. When I tried to re-request a m&g for the August 26th show in CB, it told me I wasn't authorized! I emailed MCN and today, I got an email back saying that they'd fixed it...and sure enough, I was able to!

I know it's not the same issue that you're dealing with, but...they ARE making an effort to fix things. I hope it works out for you and you DO get your M&G

I think we just got screwed.

But on a diffent note.
I also got both Emails. One saying "I was one of the Lucky one" and the next Email stating I was not "One of the choosen few".

We apologize for the confusion with the M&G letters regarding this Friday's show. The M&G for this Friday is currently full. However, we'd like to offer you a M&G to the show of your choice. Please email us here at support@musiccitynetworks.com at least two weeks in advance of the show you will be attending so we can make sure you are on the list! Also, please make sure the show you select has the "Request Meet & Greet" button next to it.

The Church Choir members listed below will also be receiving an email from us within the next hour. Thank you for your help with this situation!

Still not happy with that. I'm sorry, but the Meet and Greet request was for Milwaukee. I have been trying for a few months now to get Eric to sign these boots Jill bought me for the wedding just to make these even more special. There is no shows between now and Sept. 9th that I can make... So I guess these boots wont be signed for the big day!!

I would be extremely upset too. I really hope all this gets fixed for you and everyone else. I'm pulling for ya!

A fellow Choir member and I were awarded M&G's for July 8th, and never got a second email back saying they had screwed up, so we figured we were good. When we got there though, we found out it had been a mistake and there were no passes waiting for us, so even if you think you're safe you may want to check it out. Just a heads up.
