I haven't seen anyone's signature having images in it the way things were on the old boards.
On a side note, our signatures don't show up every time we post in the new forum...I haven't figured out the pattern but it looks like once you reply to a post, further replies don't have your signature on them.

When you are on that edit profile page look directly underneath the "Your Meet & Greet Request" button & similar buttons. You will see two options, "Account" & "User Profile." Click on Account and you will see the "Picture" section to change or add your profile picture on that page.
