Here is the deal. I bought 6 tix for the 9/15 show, two of them are in the 9th row mind you. I know the deal with the paperless tix, I know what they are trying to do in eliminating scalpers, I get it however. Unexpectdly, my best friend due to getting his girlfriend pregnant is getting married on that day. I called ticketmaster they said that there is nothing that they can do for me. They said that without me being present, which is not possible, Pittsburgh is an hour away from where I love, I cannot even give these tickets away, and I am out 330 dollars. I think that this is ludacriss. If this is the risk that you have to take to eliminate scalpers, I do not think that it is worth it. All of us during our lifetime, especially those of us that attent concerts frequently have things pop up and are not able to attend. There has to be a backup plan. Any suggestions? Hopefully myself, and ticketmaster are not aware of a way that I can get my money back, or atleast give them away so somebody can enjoy them. Thanks
