Hello - Hi All....just joined and wondering about a couple of things so any help would be greatly appreciated. What is a "badge"? And, for the meet & greets.....when do they usually occur? Prior to the concert? Prior to the VIP show that Eric does? Any general thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!

Yes, you are allowed to bring 1 item to the meet & greet for Eric to sign.

At this time, we do not have a use for badges. That feature is there should the need arise for such a thing.
Meet & greets are done before the show. In comparison to the VIP experience, I can not answer the order as I do not have a detailed schedule of those events (which may vary from show to show).
I do want you to know, however, that if you are selected for a meet & greet and you have VIP tickets, you should get in touch with the proper folks to ensure a smooth evening. This may mean telling CID Entertainment that you also have a scheduled meet & greet or the arena staff so they can make sure you get from the VIP experience to the meet & greet or vice-versa.
