I bought tickets directly through the site when Eric came to Indiana,(paperless)did not know where they would be! Had great seats 1st row, corner stage.... but last concert I went to (not eric) ended up in the 5th row floor, not so good. I am planning on tickets for Pittsburgh, hoping to get good ones in the presale. Only reason is, they are going to go fast. I also have paperless tickets for NY in August...but Not bad seats. I could see what I was getting there. Row G...bought late, on late decision to travel there 5 hours.....
I bought presale tickets on the site and was able to get pit tickets. I've never purchased reserved ones, though, so I don't know how that works.

Which concert are you thinking of buying tickets for? Almost all ticket sales and Church Choir Presale offerings take place through Ticketmaster.com
