Hey Choir does Eric have a set? I saw a pic posted on facebook of a new awesome set it has a sign that says chief and a ton of lights behind it and of course FIRE! I saw Eric on leg 1 of the B,S, & B tour so did he change it up for leg 2?

No screens showing him/band etc, just a screen or whatever under the CHIEF sign that shows some still images, that changes a few times during different songs. But nothing to see the show better if your far away.

At Riverbend festival the screens did enable you to see the band close up (live video of the show) which was great since he was so high above us.
The screens at Riverbend were provided by the festival. The BS&B tour does not carry video screens with it other than the new backdrop.

He had screens last night showing live footage. Tho the video cameras were being run by venue staff so I'm not sure if they were Eric's or the Venues - I'm sort of assuming the venue tho?

yeah, saw a couple screens for the lawn seats tonight, so I guess it depends on if the venue provides them, but none part of the stage set up. I remember reading something about him saying he liked the way Iron Maiden always did it, some props and stuff, but no video. Wants people to watch whats going on, on the stage, not staring at a screen.
The guy from Mohegan Sun we were all talking to (hi Patti!!)said they did the screens that night and the lighting on the celing, so I think it is venue dependent. For me, screens tend to be distracting and take away from the main reason you are there which for me is the performance. I love what Eric does witht he stage set up....just enough :)
Hi Tara! Was that the blond chatty guy that was running stuff for REK?
I think - watching the screens is akin to watching tv lol. I prefer to watch the artist. Tho I suppose if I was waaaaay back I'd like to take peeks at a screen every now and then. But I wouldn't watch the whole show on it.
*BUT* I did get a cool picture because of the screen lol....It's Eric w/Eric up on the screen.... :D
Yes it was that blonde guy, he said he works at MSun but was running stuff for REK (who I actually liked). And yes! You did get a really cool photo! But I agree its like watching tv and I did not come to do that :)
That guy was chatty :-) Nice tho.
I didn't care for REK. I *THINK* in a different setting?
I agree~I didn't pay money to watch a screen lol. BUT we really couldn't watch them from where we were anyway :D
Hey Y'all so whats up with Erics stage i thought he went to a new design on friday night he had the same set from the spring leg of the tour. Did he just use the one that said chief in lights during the summer???
So glad he's back to the backdrops. The Chief light was cool, but those backdrops are awesome and wicked badass. Love them.
