check under your name (at the top right corner) - click the arrow and the drop-down menu should show your personal/specific ticketmaster code.
Mine changed the day of the pre-sale; the code I had for the first leg of the BS&B tour is not the same for the fall dates.

That sucks, I joined the fan club and got my floor seats at the same time.. I am pretty stoked. Also had a presale code sitting on here waiting for me, but already had tix.
