Not sure if anyone cought this or not ...the reserved and ga were switched if you clicked on reserved you got ga and vice versa. I Called Ticketmaster day of sale they said they'd fixit. Got this email today. Make sure you check your tickets. I wanted Ga so I'm good ...and this one we can't blame on MCN...LOL

When you purchased your tickets, you purchased the “Put a Drink in YOUR Hand” reserved package, however you received General Admission seats.
If you intended to purchase reserved seating we’d be happy to accommodate. Just give us a call or e-mail us at vip.tickets@ticketmaster.com no later than 3p ET on Friday, December 30th. Otherwise, your General Admission tickets will be waiting for you at Will Call on the night of the show.
You will also receive an email at least one week prior to the event with the location of the "Put a Drink in YOUR Hand" party and instructions on where to pick up your merchandise.
