How do you contact administration?? I order a package over a month ago for my son for Christmas and have never received the package. I have scoured the website for contact info with no luck. Any help?
when did you order the package..sometimes the money doesnt come out right away that was my issue.. my mom ordered my package on the 21 of nov before my birthday and the money wasnt taking out till the 25th and i got my package like two days later....hope that helps..

A late reply - but my orders have always taken about a month to get to me. Probably because I'm in Canada and packages going across the border always get stuck!
