I'm wondering if it takes longer to get through the line with the paperless ticket and if you have to be in a specific line for them? I know we usually rush to get into the pit area and get a good spot. Will this be an issue? Any info will be apperciated! Alicia

I thought that you go to will call and they scan your credit card then give you a ticket to enter the door. you have to have the ticket given and the card ready for them to verify. I see why they are going to paperless but I hope you get some type of hard copy ticket. I save my tickets and would hate to not have one for an event.
You go right up to the doors, the staff scans your credit card, and a slip (with a barcode) prints out. You keep the slip with you in case you need it again (i.e., Pit, Suites, proof of your seat).
If you have PIT, make sure you are there early! May take a few moments longer getting through the line than normal and we all know we want that front spot!!
Thanks for that info....definitely have to be there early to be in the front and I dont mind waiting in line given I am 5 feet tall, totally worth it for me :)

i took my daughter to a Miley Cyrus paperless concert and there didn't seem to be too much difference in the wait to get in the venue, since they ppl are normally scanning your tickets anyway, now they will just scan your card. The problem will be the ppl who are not prepared with the card they purchased tickets with or don't have proper ID.
