I had some fraudulent charges on my credit card i used to purchase my ec tix so i had to cancel that card. Any idea what will happen when i try to enter. I have a new card on the way but probably will not be here before the show. Should i use the card that has been cancelled ? I think i saw someone ask a question about this b4 but do not recall the outcome. Any suggestions ?
just need conformation number and id.
they didn't ask for my credit card
I had the same happen to me in the last year for Bruce Springsteen tickets. Each venue is different but there should not be any issues. Cann the venue you bought the tickets from (Wells Fargo, Ticketmaster, etc) and tell them. They will give you instructions. Take with you your cancelled credit card if you can and your license. They typically scan your credit card (the cancelled one) and it identifies you. Cancelled or not.
Those who have said to keep your canceled card and bring that are correct. The card is only used to identify the tickets purchased using it so it does not need to be valid. Be sure to also bring your ID.
What Sting82465 said is correct in regards to tickets being picked up at will-call, but not for paperless tickets.
Have fun at the show!

Is anybody having an issue with their tickets for Roanoke? I can't find a confirmation anywhere for them on any website? I was charged for them back in June when they were ordered though...
i got pit tickets for the SJ show and during halloween i lost my card and i called livenation and they basically said that i need my ID, bank records showing that i bought these tickets with the actual card number, my livenation receipt and a new card to transfer my purchase at the box office.

Any purchases made directly on EricChurch.com should be visible in your orders. They can be found by clicking on your user name in the top, right-hand corner of this page and then "Orders."
Here is a direct link that will work only for you, Lindsey. Orders

From what I understand your ID and the canceled card should be fine. I have heard that most places are just checking you ID and matching the name rather than using the credit card. Not sure how true that is though. However I did read on ticketmaster that if you renewed your card or anything like that, bring the old one and they can still verify it that way. so you should be fine
