From what I understand your

From what I understand your ID and the canceled card should be fine. I have heard that most places are just checking you ID and matching the name rather than using the credit card. Not sure how true that is though. However I did read on ticketmaster that if you renewed your card or anything like that, bring the old one and they can still verify it that way. so you should be fine

Cancelled credit card for ticketless purchase

I had the same happen to me in the last year for Bruce Springsteen tickets. Each venue is different but there should not be any issues. Cann the venue you bought the tickets from (Wells Fargo, Ticketmaster, etc) and tell them. They will give you instructions. Take with you your cancelled credit card if you can and your license. They typically scan your credit card (the cancelled one) and it identifies you. Cancelled or not.

Paperless Ticket new credit card

Those who have said to keep your canceled card and bring that are correct. The card is only used to identify the tickets purchased using it so it does not need to be valid. Be sure to also bring your ID.

What Sting82465 said is correct in regards to tickets being picked up at will-call, but not for paperless tickets.

Have fun at the show!

Is anybody having an issue

Is anybody having an issue with their tickets for Roanoke? I can't find a confirmation anywhere for them on any website? I was charged for them back in June when they were ordered though...

Any purchases made directly on EricChurch.com should be visible in your orders. They can be found by clicking on your user name in the top, right-hand corner of this page and then "Orders."

Here is a direct link that will work only for you, Lindsey. Orders
