Pittsburgh & Wilkes-Barre reviews

Wow - I don't even know where to start. We had 8 ladies in a 15 passenger van hitting 2 cities in 2 days having endless good times. I often wonder if Eric realizes the special talent he has that makes eight Moms go to great lengths to rent vans, leave work, make babysitting arrangements, book hotels, etc. When I woke up Friday morning, I was a nuclear medicine tech hauling kids to the sitter then racing off to work. By Friday evening, I was a crazed fan smiling ear to ear with a beer in each hand, acting no where close to my 37 years of age. :) On Saturday morning, we loaded up and drove the 5 hours to Pittsburgh to do it all over again. As exhausted as I was on Sunday, I was still sad for the weekend to be over and wished we were headed to Maryland to see him again!
Both shows were high-energy, fun-packed fantastic shows. It's impossible not to be infected with his energy and excitement. I love to see that smirk come across his face after a song of two that just looks like it says, "Damn - I still can't believe this!". Well, those of us that have been packing into bars, earning our spots by the stage for the last 6 years can believe it! It's so well-deserved and hard earned. Those first few notes of Springsteen still make my heart do flip-flops.
Just know we fans appreciate the time you spend away from your family. It can't be easy, but boy am I sure glad you do it. 'Til the next time my friend!
