Guys and gals, I ordered tickets thru the pre-sale for the show in Columbia next Friday. Due to a work schedule change I cannot go anymore but my friends are going in my "honor". The tickets are supposed to be left at will-call but since I'm not going the name has to be changed so my friends can get the tickets. Does anyone know how I go about changing that?? I tried going thru the arena box office but since the tickets weren't purchased thru them they don't have any record of it. I tried looking for a phone number thru the fan club site but haven't found one. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Sorry you can't go. Not sure how flexible they are about name changes on pre-sales, but worth a shot emailing MCN.
