I bought tickets on the website on pre sale. I was wondering if anyone had done this in the past and what i should do to make sure i get the best seats possible. Is it first come first serve?
What do we have to bring with us for our will call pick up? Since they changed the site it is hard to navigate anywhere!

Your tix will be held at the "will call" window. You will pick them up the day of the show (usually about 2 hrs before the show starts).
If there is seating - you already have your seats....they are assigned at the time of purchase...you just don't know what they are until you get there.
If it's General Admission - get there early....get in line.....and RUN lol.
If it's the toby tour, i'm hearing that presale seating isn't great (but that's due to Toby not Eric).
