Some of the locations were on sale on this website, only the ones for sale from Ticket Master needed the Promo Code. I had my Promo Code all good to go and as long as I only wanted 1 ticket it worked, but would not let me buy 2 :( I know they limit pre-sales, but when you don't get the pre-sale ones you don't have any advantage over the regular sales when they open them up to everybody. I am just so disappointed and sorry I joined the club under what I feel was False Pretences! It like bummed me out the whole day!
Couldn't agree more...very disappointed that I joining the membership didn't really result in any kind of presale advantage for me. Beyond my ticketmaster code fiasco, once I finally got the code, I could only buy one ticket.

There is also a limited number of tickets available for the tour.
It's possible no matter how soon you logged on that that was the only remaining ticket as the presale tickets for these shows have been going very fast.
